Papeles y Cartones de Europa (Europac) has entered into an agreement to sell Europac Logistica, a company that provides maritime transport services in the commercial port of Viana do Castelo in Portugal. According to Europac, the company was acquired by Servinoga, which is part of the Nogar group, for Euro 2.7 million ($2.9 million).
Europac said the transaction came within the framework of its strategy to divest non-strategic assets. At the same time, the buyer expanded its presence in a sector it specializes in, according to Europac.
